The Personal Data Controller is OQEMA Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Ozorków (95-035), entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register for Łódź Śródmieście under National Court Register (KRS) number: 00001199338, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 729-22 24-045, and National Business Register Number (REGON): 471 591 507.
OQEMA Sp. z o.o. processes your personal data, including your name, telephone number, and e-mail address. The personal data was provided during previous cooperation or was obtained from publicly available websites. The data will be processed for the purposes of:
- conclusion and performance of a contract concluded with the Data Controller, and execution of the necessary settlements in connection with the conclusion thereof for the time necessary to perform the contract; after contract performance is completed, your personal data will be processed for the time needed to demonstrate the correctness of the performance of obligations arising from said contract until the deadlines specified in data archiving regulations,
- performance of the Data Controller?s obligations, including tax and reporting obligations, for the time necessary to perform said obligations, in particular until the expiration of the limitation period, 3. commercial and business cooperation between with OQEMA Poland,
- marketing, which involves providing you with information about products sold by the Data Controller, promotions, price lists, and other promotional information and events by means of messages sent to your email address or phone number and via telephone conversations with you - until you withdraw your consent to receive marketing messages. Providing data is voluntary, but failure to do so will result in the inability to conclude a contract.
The legal basis for the data processing to the extent necessary to conclude and perform a contract is art. 6 (1) (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regards to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter: the GDPR).
You have the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of your data, the right to restrict or object to data processing, and to file a complaint to a supervisory authority if the data is processed in a manner that is not legally compliant. In the case of personal data processing based on the consent provided, any consent for processing may be withdrawn at any time. However, the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing which was conducted on the basis of consent before withdrawal thereof.
Recipients of your personal data may be other legal entities, e.g. banks, postal operators, couriers, notary offices, if such an obligation arises from regulations.
